Who actually does my laundry?
Professional, insured laundromats near you — the people who do this for a living. In some areas we're also piloting vetted independent providers. Got a special requirement? Add it to the notes when you place the order.
When am I charged?
Only when your laundry actually starts. Placing an order puts a hold on your card for the estimate — no money moves. You can cancel free anytime before the wash begins.
Why is my price different from the provider's rate?
You choose how to book. Go direct to a shop and you pay their listed price plus our convenience fee. Broadcast it and you get an averaged estimate that's confirmed once a provider accepts. The provider is paid their own rate; the difference is the platform's small fee for connecting you.
What does pickup and delivery cost?
A flat $9.99, and it goes directly to the driver. For pickup and delivery orders you'll give a one-to-two-hour window, and we'll alert you when your provider is on the way and when they arrive.
What's a priority fee?
Some providers offer same-day or next-day turnaround for a surcharge. When they do, it's shown right on their card as you choose a service — no hidden add-ons.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
Every laundromat is insured and professional. Because we connect you directly, issues are worked out between you and your provider first — and if you can't reach an agreement, reach out and we'll help where we can.
Do I need to tip?
Never required — always appreciated. A tip and a rating are a great way to thank a provider who took good care of your clothes.
I own a laundromat. How do I join?
Sign up with your phone number and store zip or number, run through the onboarding wizard, set your pricing, and connect Stripe to receive payouts. You keep your full rate — we take no commission from your prices.
