Where do we deliver to?
We currently deliver anywhere in the UK, unfortunately anywhere outside of the UK we do not ship to (we are working on that though).

Is postage included in the price?
Yes. The price shown online, includes the delivery there is no hidden cost. The price you see is the price you pay.

How long will my order take?
All orders will take up to 5-7 working days.

Can I include my own message on my hamper?
Absolutely, in fact we encourage it as it will add a personal touch to your hamper. Once you have placed your order just email unihamper@gmail.com with your name, order reference and personalised message. We will make sure this message is added to your order.

Are UniHampers responsible for any late deliveries? 
Any late deliveries due to circumstance out of our control, such as courier mistake or weather, Unihampers are not responsible for.


Shipping confirmations 
Once you have purchased your order you should receive a confirmation email, if you have not received this within an hour after your purchased send unihamper@gmail.com an email and we will look into it. 

Will I receive a receipt of my order?


Can I customise my order?

We are currently working on a 'create your own' hamper where you have an option to choose what you want in your hamper. This should be available soon. In the mean time if you want to request anything in particular send an email to unihamper@gmail.com. 

Who can buy these hampers?
Although these hampers are aimed at uni students anyone can buy these hampers, the pamper one is especially a good idea for anyone who needs cheering up. 

Can I choose the date my hamper gets delivered?
We can not promise, but we will do our best to accommodate your request, just email unihamper@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will put a 'do not open until' sticker on the box just to make sure.

Are products substituted?
Yes, if we have a problem with our suppliers and can not get the exact product in the picture we will substitute for a product as similar to the original as possible, the value will be equal or greater than the original one.
